Resistance Range

 

We have a wide range of easy to use resistance machines which are ideal for toning, building and  shaping.

 

          

These include smith machines, chest press, shoulder press, lever row, top pulley, bottom pulley, standing calf   raise,  adductor, seated calf raise, abductor, leg curl, pec dec and leg extension.

       

 

We also have a preacher curl, triceps push-down, biceps curl, leg press, hack squat, assisted chin-dip machine, deltiod raise, triceps extension, lower back extension and cable cross-over.
