BRUNO GUADAGNINI : FOUNDER/PARTNER

Bruno is the founder of Bruno’s Gym. Starting up his gym in the 1970’s and still going strong today. Bruno can be found at the gym weekday evenings keeping his eye on proceedings and greeting members with his own unique charm. He is always on hand to pass on his old school style training tips and advice.

MARK GUADAGNINI : PARTNER/MANAGER/INSTRUCTOR

Mark is the general manager of Bruno’s Gym. He is responsible for all aspects of the business including it’s day to day running. He is qualified and experienced in the areas of exercise & fitness, gym instructing, sports nutrition and first aid. Mark is always available to give advice and assistance with all areas of training and nutrition.

DARREN GUADAGNINI : GYM ASSISTANT

Darren is one of our gym assistants. He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of exercise, training and nutrition.

NEIL PAGE : GYM ASSISTANT

Neil is one of our gym assistants. He can be found working in the gym on Sundays and training during the week. Neil has over 25 years experience in the field of martial arts and general fitness. Neil is a qualified martial arts instructor. He is always on hand to assist gym members where necessary.

MATT BARR : GYM INSTRUCTOR

Matt is another of our gym instructors. Matt has a degree in sport development and coaching. He is also a qualified basketball coach with experience in professional team strength and conditioning. Matt is a keen body builder who recently took to the stage for the first time coming 3rd in the Classic category at the Mr Apollo. He is always on hand to help out any gym members where required and is happy to share his experience and knowledge.

ZAK BOULTON : GYM INSTRUCTOR

Zak is another of our gym instructors. He can be found working in the gym on Saturday’s and training throughout the week. He is a keen competitive body builder. He is always happy to share his training experience and knowledge with others. Zak is also an advanced nutrition and exercise advisor.

JULIET STERLAND : GYM INSTRUCTOR

Juliet is a Level 2 qualified gym/fitness instructor and covers various shifts at the gym during weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. She is always happy to offer training advice and assist members in any way she can.
